• Pi-hole is setup as a recursive dns server using unbound - documentation
• Installed unattended-updates to automatically install security updates
• Installed cockpit for remote management
• Using Linux Mint 21.1 which is an unsupported OS
• Updating Pi-hole installation needs to be done with the following command

PIHOLE_SKIP_OS_CHECK=true sudo -E pihole -up
